DESCRIPTION
Aluminium sulphate is a salt. It is soluble in water and is mainly used as a coagulating agent in the purification of drinking water and wastewater treatment plants.
As a liquid flocculant, it commonly used for the treatment of municipal water and waste water systems, which works by combining the small impurities in the water to form a floc which can then be settled and if required filtered or removed.
